How old are you? Many guys can't retract the foreskin fully until they are are 18-19.
Get in a warm bath and pull GENTLY on the sides of the foreskin. Just hook your fingers on two sides and pull, but not until it's really painful. Later do the same thing with a little lube. Repeat whenever you can, After a couple of weeks, it should loosen up nicely. If it still doesn't retract and you're over 18 or so, ask your doctor for some hormone cream to speed the process along.
You do NOT want to be circumcised! It is painful during the recovery period, and you are left with damaged equipment that is much less sensitive and pleasurable than what you'll have if you retain the foreskin.

No. My husband is uncut and Im extremely happy with what he's got!
He never complains about pain. Thats ridiculous. And actually, research wise,an uncut member is more sensitive to touch than a circumcised one.
He's never had an infection. Its called a shower! And some vaginas have extra skin(except for those slit ones) and these women need to clean good through all that, too. Same thing. People are very iggnorrant.

You make it a problem if you don't take care of it. If you have a smaller than usual opening, you can have it fixed. Just very uncomfortable to have that done....as in, no getting hard for like two weeks after. The good side of have an uncut is that you most likely last long during sex because the lack of sensitivity..........

Might I suggest that you do pull and stretch it somewhat.
It might be beneficial for you
The foreskin is elastic in texture and it is good to move it over the head often to make it flexible.
It could cause you some pain and discomfort in the future.
talk to your doctor about it and see what he may recommend.

If this is a serious question then it is normal for some fore skin to get tight, you might want to try to keep it pulled back as much as possible, it's not a bad thing to have fore skin either you just need to keep your self very clean. hope this helps

If you are being serious
I will answer your questions
If you were to develop diabetes later on
it would affect you there. The doctor could recommend you to get
circumcised. Not pleasant the older you get
