Initially, Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde was designed as more of a personification of who we all are. Because of the detail, it became better known as a horror. It later took the form of a comic horror, and, eventually, made the transition to pure humor as well.
Back to the initial idea, the story described how so many decent guys have a second face that they wear at other times, and even the most horrible of people have a good side. Taking the imagery into play, it is a true marvel.

Dr Jeykell is the same person as Mr Hyde. He is a character in a book by Robert Louis Stevenson. There have been movies based on the book. The story is about a scientist who changes personality when he drinks a potion.
Your question does not make much sense.
