Curcumsise is when the foreskin on your penis is completely removed. You cannot do this yourself you have to go to a doctor to have him perform surgery on you. Since you are 15 you would need your parent's consent and it be quite painful considering most get it done while they are a baby. However it can be done.

I have heard it is quite painful. My baby boys had it done when they were born and they kept crying for a while. Don't go at your **** with scissors unless you don't want to go piss or have sex ever in your life. OOOOOWWWW

you cant do it yourself. it means to cut off the extra skin on your penis. you have to go to a plastic surgeon in order to do that
