Where online can I purchase the four Meat Loaf albums from the 1980's?

I'm looking for Dead Ringer, Midnight At The Lost and Found, Bad Attitude, and Blind Before I Stop. I found one of them used over on Amazon, but I'm looking for a site where I can buy all four at once.
