some people at work are mean on purpose and then get so nice I guess they're sorry about it but I'm getting tired of if, should I stop talking to them?I think so but maybe it's not professional

People at work somtimes are phony because of the inviorment they are in.Don't worry about it if they speak to you speak back.Do your job and if it calls for you to talk to them then talk about the job not anything else.Keep your personal buissness to yourself and don't even stress about it.Remember you work only so many hours then you deal with your life after work.Smile and move on.

It would end up hurting you, and making you look like you have a bad attitude. It would be better to act as if nothing happened. Talk to them the same as everyone else. You will take all of their fun away from when they are mean.

Well.. those kind of people r absolute hypocrits. You don't stop talking to them. And always be polite and try to help them as much as u can. If this happens, they'll definitely realize that they're being very selfish to u... And hope they will stop behaving like that..

I found out this girl at my work was a backstabber so I just stopped talking to her. She thought I was a ***** for it, but I could care less.

if people are mean to me for no reason work questions are ok but otherwise i turn my head to them, why should i give and give and get nothing back but mean, they don't deserve me!
