Whoa there, sweetheart, you have a HUGE misunderstanding on what constitutes "freedom of speech!" The right of a citizen to speak their mind freely and publicly in NO WAY negates or trumps Yahoo's right to limit or control the hate, filth, vileness or even irrelevance of some comments on their web site!

The freedom of one does NOT automatically imply that anyone else must be forced to either transmit or listen to their crap, that is simply another form of social fascism (political correctness) either of the Left or Right!

Violations are appropriate. Free speech is NOT absolute. It stops when you infringe on someone else's rights or on public standards of decency.

Besides, Yahoo is a private company, not a goverment agency and they have to right to dictate rules for participation.

Good point but I think there are still things that should not be alowed to be posted. Like child abuse or child porn talk. That is a big no no to me and I report only that. Adult talk is just that let that stuff go.

I was thinking of asking all those dumb questions they have on the Code of Conduct page or whatever they call it, that are considered "chatting and personal communications" and see how many I actually get dinged for.
