Usually, you can find the title of the song by simply typing in some of the lyrics to a search engine (I've had the best luck with Google). Unfortunately, when I Googled those lyrics, it came up with nothing. Maybe try to find more of the lyrics, get the name of the band, or even the radio station or place where you heard the song? Radio stations often list songs they've played on their websites.
