Hello,

I am interviewing people for the position of Senior Software Engineer, and a big chunk of the job is solving problems (s/he will be developing testing software). So, what are the best logical questions that you have been asking job prospects? Or if you are a job seeker, what's the best question that you've been asked? The goal is to see the candidate's thought process, how they approach a problem, etc.
Please provide the answers (or at least the hints) too.
