First, has a doctor told this girl she's low on vitamin B? A blood test can show it.
Second, does this girl eat healthily? Lots of veggies?
If the suppliment is needed, the daily requirement should be listed on the vitamin bottle label.

I wouldn't say it's necessary, but it might be a good idea. Another thing you should consider taking is Vitamin C and Omega 3 fish oil. Google the benefits and I think you will agree!
