We will be visiting Branson Mo at the end of this month and have a few ideas and things planned, but alot of the attractions are closed.... does anyone have any good ideas or recommendations or activites while we are there?

It will just be my fiancee and I.. we hace tickets to the titanic and ripleys... that is it, plus a cheap little hotel, with a pool and hot tub...etc... Thanks

Check to see if the Butterfly Palace...new location...is open. The Fish Hatchery out by the dam is free and is very interesting. Dress warmly, although they have indoor exhibits as well. The IMAX, by all means!! Even though most of the shows are not open in January, there's still lots to do. Shopping will still be great and you'll have all the wonderful January sales to take advantage of. Be sure to eat at The Candlestick Inn overlooking Lake Taneycomo...you'll find lots of good places to eat are still open. Branson is terrific...year round. We'll be out there at the same time as you...plan to stay three weeks.

The Dixie Stampede is a must. you get your moneys worth. you guys will enjoy Titanic. go to Bass Pro Shop there in Branson and walk out the back doors and you and your sweetheart can just walk around and enjoy the day. you will not be disappointed. been there 7 times, will be 8 in March.

if you have young kids, don't go to the titanic museum....it's too boring and too expensive to spend for tickets for them. But it's neat if you have the time and no distractions to go through with a friend or spouse.
We did Silver Dollar City, but I don't know if it's open right now.
We stayed at a great hotel with an indoor waterpark and the kids loved it. they had a cheap buffet too.
