And you are never paid nor could you afford to hire a lawyer to go up against the State regarding money that I have never recieved from child support and they claim that the tax intercept does not exist from the HRS and their has been three audits on my case and all three are wrong and they claim they owe me nothing,and that the intercept does not exist ,when in fact if it didnt exist then How is it that I have the proof ,and through the years we have had to do without because of their screw ups.I just wonder how many other single parents have they done this too here in the United States.This is in regards of an injured spousal claim! If you live in Wisconsin , and get divorced bend over and grab your ankles. If you take it to court it takes a long time and by the time you are done every one else get their cut and you get very little if any and your kids get less. As far as equal rights in a divorce in WI Not True and not much you can do about it. If you are female and have problems WELCOME to the US government unless of course you know someone or some one wants to know you. The government is always right- just ask them, but same goes if you do take it to court you loose even if you win the system is a joke. The judge knew my ex and my attorney kept telling me it will all work out just keep quite. Don't Believe Anyone
