I THINK (this is sort of a guess) it would be:

       A     A'
B  0.14 0.21 | 0.35
B' 0.26 0.39 | 0.65
-----------------------
    0.40 0.60

The way I got the numbers in the middle was:

P(A)P(B) = 0.4(0.35) = 0.14
P(A)P(B') = 0.4(1 - 0.35) = 0.4(0.65) = 0.21
P(A')P(B) = (1 - 0.4)(0.35) = 0.6(0.35) = 0.26
P(A')P(B') = (1 - 0.4)(1 - 0.35) = 0.6(0.65) = 0.39

Not 100% sure that's right, but I'd say I'm 90% sure.
