are you talking about the baltimore club remix of that song? it uses a sample and has a fast baltimore club beat behind it?
its a very popular baltimore club song and it was made in the 90's but there is not new guy on it, its just a sample taken from the original song.
this may not be what you are talking about though. sorry.
