whats the best way to start making money in real estate i have to quit my job to do it full time so i need to make money imediately. any advise on that?

how well is your credit?
if it is good then purchase a house from foreclosure threw a bank that will give you a loan on the house then from that take the money to fix it up then flip it for ever the amount its appraised at. For instance you buy the house for 80,000
you put 15,000 you had increased the value of a home to about 200,000 depending on the area that makes allot of

Are you talking about becoming a real estate agent? Or just buying and renting real estate? To just buy and sell you don't have to quit your job. But to become an agent it will be a different career.
Depeding on where you live will dictate what you need to do to become an agent. Check with a local Real Estate company to see if they are hiring (sometimes they will sposor you) or just check the local yellow pages on schools. That will be a good starting place for you.
If you are looking to purchase and rent real estate, ask a sperate question stating that. You'll get lots of advice!

It's not easy to make money quickly as a Real Estate agent. It takes at least 2 - 5 years in the business to start making good money.
You should start by making a list of everyone you know and let them know that you are now in RE. Initially the best source of potential clients are the people that know, like and trust you.
