is because I have never worked in one, and tomarrow I have an interview for an appointment scheduler in a hospital. I have no idea what that is or how much they make. If they ask me during the interview what my expected rate of pay is, I don't want to say too high or too little because I really need the job...How much should I ask for? I have a lot of medical reception experience, but no hospital work. Does any know about this? Please help.

rate of pay is negotiable. apparently you will be scheduling appointments, canceling, rescheduling, updating and other task. if you were a receptionist they can train you for this position. they will give you base pay since you have no prior experience anyways.
