This is over feeding and/or constipation. Only feed once a day maybe 5-6 days a week. If after 2 minutes he is still eating you over fed. (A minute, or is good.)

Sounds like swim bladder disease. This is common in goldfish because most people feed them at the surface. Goldfish are aggressive eaters and will gulp air as they eat. This will cause swim bladder disease. To prevent swim bladder disease, buy a sinking food, or stick the flakes under water before you let go, then they will sink and your goldfish will not gulp air.

To treat swim bladder disease, feed your goldfish a couple of cooked peas every day until symptoms clear up.

If it is only happening when you feed it with floating food, buy some sinking pellets to drop to the bottom, goldfish will eat alot of different things from what I understand.

Make sure that you feed the fish one flake or pellet once or twice a day all depends on the size of the fish! And make sure your feeding it the right food! That's your problem!

Well if you are feeding him flakes make sure you put them actually in the water with your hand because they can gulp to much air and that will cause them to float. You may want to try switching their food to crisps or pellets that will sink.

Allergic to food? Cheapo scam food? Illness? Bad food for a fish? Could be anything, but I can't think of anything else...

I am not sure what you are saying,. It sounds like your fish is going to kick the bucket. Try changing the water.
