"Garment" is a waist cyncher and it was almost too small of a size for me when I bought it just 1 month ago. I knew this material would stretch though and it did.The tag says- " H/W cold h2O, No dry cln, Drip dry only".
I want to try to shrink it a bit but I don't want to melt it or ruin it at all. Can I be safe on LOW in dryer?

I like what "Stacy" said. Who strongly disagrees with certainty? This garment was 50 bucks so I don't want to kill it but I want to be able to wear it ya know? Help

No. It's not going to do anything except ruin it--because the "coated polyurethane" is going to degrade, if not melt.

Ok... put it on low for about ten minutes, let it cool down.... then put it back... I know it is a pain, but you don't want it to melt... so try this until it is completely dry!!! Be sure to wash in cold water too... even though you want it to shrink a bit.

If it says "drip dry only", I wouldn't risk it in the drier even on low.

You could ruin the qualities of the fabric, but I think it should be Ok.

Remember to remove it while still slightly damp.
