Yes they can, but the problem comes from searching for the wet spot afterwards.

It could float away and be on the wall, the curtains or in the air lock.

Very messy business I guess.

why not,some nasa experiments has shown positve results,but space journey is so hazardeous nasa actually doesn't its crew members to engage in sexual act,also the objective of the mission would be some times get affected.
