cancellation of the order followed by an email stating the order was cancelled and they still shipped the product to me anyway.

i checked my credit card online and they havent billed me for the product. do i have to return it ? as i really dont have the time to be bothered doing so and making a special trip to the post office.

The right thing to do would be to return the item, but as long as you have the email stating that it was cancelled then I would just keep the item anyhow seeing as how they cant charge you.

If they realize they sent it and didn't bill you then they will probably want you to send it back. Have them issue a "call tag" for it to be picked up so you dont have to waste your time shipping it.

legally? probably not...

Morally? Absolutely.

If you had not originally ordered it then my answer would be different. They did not randomly send you that article like a magazine subscription hoping you would keep it...

Ship it back...
