it certainly wasnt fire. It certainly wasn't "underground faults" due to the twins falling down because another building between wtc7 and the twins seemed to hold up fine. It certainly wasnt a "plane", because a plane didnt hit it.

Oh wow. Judging by the answers to this question - most Americans are dumber than a rock to think buildings are weak structures totally suseptible to fire and neighboring buildings! If it were true, then that's a major safety hazard, and we wouldn't have skyscrapers erected.
Using their point of view, I wouldn't want to be in a tall building ever again since a sneeze can bring it down.
Building 7 fell on itself all at once! If it went down from structural failure due to columns being knocked away or from fire, pieces of the building would fall (not the whole thing at once and definitely not the speed a skydiver falls when he jumps from a plane).
Do you know how hard it is to take down a building? Even the Oklahoma bombing didn't bring that building down. You need carefully placed explosives and a carefully timed sequential detonation to get the result we saw for Building 7.
The government and the media ignores this building and refuses to address it because the bold evidence of Building 7's collapse would be inconsistent with their story that terrorist did it all. And apparently so does these clowns who insist that anybody who even looks at bold evidence is wearing tin foil.
Sign me up for the next terrorist attack, because if it is this easy to fool the American people, I could make millions!

Or the 20 story fire that raged through the building?
that it was an all steel framed structure with conterveillance construction?
that there wasn't any effort by the Firefighters to fight the 5 1/2 hour blaze , of which the strucutre was only firerated to last 2 hours?

All seven buildings in the World Trade Center were destroyed.
I was there.
The famous twin towers were "Tower 1" and "Tower 2" of the 7 building complex.

First, there was damage to the building from debris which came from WTC 1 and 2. That damaged key structural areas of the building.
There was a fire and other areas which were damaged from that fire.
But the primary cause was structural weakening from the debris. There is a whole analysis of the structural failure.
The first 4 or 5 floors of the building were built as a large attrium. This was off of vessey street. Once that structure was compromised, the whole thing fell.

Because a total of 220 stories collapsed not far away. As they were collapsing debris could have easily been hurled over the building you mention and at building 7.

When the planes hit, they were full of jet fuel, and the jet fuel became so hot, it began to melt the internal iron and steel structure that held the buildings up. It wasn't really the impact of the planes that made the towers come down, it was the intense heat generated by all the jet fuel.
There were lots of witnesses who saw the planes hit, and there were news cameras from all over the world that captured the second plane hitting. You are sadly mistaken if you don't think they were hit by airplanes.

It was bottle rockets, the really big ones that cost about $3 each. The same thing that hit the Pentagon and caused the damage there.
