I am confused whether I will change job or not. I am not contented with present salary but I like my work?

In my experience, good environment is much important, the question is: is your salary enough? If it is; I will recommend for you to stay in your present job, and search for other career carefully which has good environment and better salary. Don’t quit your job till you have an alternative.

You're lucky coz you like your work. If I have a work that I like I won't change job unless I have to.
