I know the NFSH healing centres & they have centres all around the country & have healing sesions once a week free (donations only as they have to pay for renting the halls). To find one nearest to you please go here & type in ur postcode):

I don't know of any retreats but alot of them are very expensive & am looking for a resaenabley priced one myself.

Check out the Croydon Reiki Centre/ Sanctuary of Enlightenement. It is a centre rather than a retreat, small scale but lots going on, close to London/Surrey. (It is on the net but not supposed to post a link here, so do a google search.)

I've heard negative reports about Shambala, so I would avoid that one. There is a book called the Good Retreat Centre Guide. You could try that.

i have never been to one my self but if you go to www.google.co.uk and type in www.healing centres.co.uk you will find something on there
