Yes, absolutely. My wife is my other half. I would no more chose to live without her than chose to cut my body in half.

Yes I definately would stay with my spouse. Sex is only a very small part of marriage , there are so many other components that make up the whole relationship.

I'd have to say yes. Sex is not the entirety of a relationship. Actually for most it's non existent. Although I do enjoy it, if anything ever happened to my man and he could no longer participate in sexual activity ~ I'd stick right by his side and we'd find a way to get through it ~ together.

You said spouse right? Then I don't really have a choice unless we divorce...which is a troublesome process that I would rather go without s*x for the rest of my life. At least I wouldn't have to do anything. Oh yeah, I'm that lazy :-P

Of course I would!! The relationship is NOT based just around sex! If you truly love the one you are with, then the fact that you cannot have sex is no reason to leave that person!! And besides, there are other physical pleasures to be had by both partners besides sexual intercourse!! If you would leave because of this fact, then just get out now before it is a messy situation!!

Well it depends on the situation that will make me not to have it again. If it is as a result of old age, I will stay. But if it is when I am still active I will not stay because I will be having extra marital affair which will hurt her.

If it was because of medical problems I would stay.
If it was just because he didn't want to anymore, I would demand counseling. If that didn't work divorce would be an option. Sex and physical intimacy is very important to me, and I shouldn't have to go without it for a poor reason.
I'm presuming that your question includes ALL forms of sex, not just penis to vagina sex.

Absolutely. I married him for HIM, not for the sex. Sex is a part of marriage but it's important to remember it's JUST a part... if you can't have it, the rest of the marriage is still intact, there's no reason to walk away.
