Well, asking questions is not gonna help you reach that goal. Look through questions you've answered awhile ago, and see if any of them are in voting and go vote for your answer. Then maybe you'll get a best answer.

When the questions you answered go into "Voting" status.. Vote your answer as best. If no one else votes, you're a shoe in for Best answer. There's 10 points!
