Has anyone seen this type of information on the internet/
I am trying to find the percentage of listed houses that were actually sold....
Please help...

Every area and each MLS is different, you will have to look up statistics for the area you are in. You could try the National Association of Realtors to help you. I do know that nationally about 54% of the homes that did sell sold because they were found on an MLS.

That's an interesting question, though it may be hard to gather that information. Did you try looking through the links on the MLS website?

I'd imagine most homes aren't selling at the moment as I keep encountering homeowner after homeowner who is trying to refinance after failing to sell their home on the MLS.

Do note that most lenders won't finance homes that failed to sell on the MLS within the last 6 months.
