I always wear underwear, I might have to jump out the window in the middle of the night, I don't need everyone pointing at my package and laughing "Look how tiny that thing is" !

One of the most primitive reasons people wear cloths in the first place is for protection. Without cloths many people would be exposed to nature and the elements. Over the centuries it has become a part of our group psychology to ware cloths and while we don't have much to fear from the elements in our big cities these days, cloths still fill that primal need to feel protected. Thus when you sleep naked you feel vulnerable and exposed. It is something that over time can be over come, but for now you'll just have to deal with it. If you want to sleep naked (which who cares what you do in the privacy of your home) then maybe try sleeping in just sweats, then just boxers and after like a month or more, try sleeping naked. The other issue is that when we are naked the general expectation is that we are either washing ourselves, or going to be sexually active. So it might be you can't sleep because your body expects sexual gratification. And if you do please yourself before bed - go for it! For some people it helps them sleep regardless.

Naked, have since I was a teenager. I live in south Florida where it's hot pretty much year round. The thermostat is always on 77-78. Most of the times I only sleep with a sheet over me.

I always sleep naked, and have for the past few years. It's so much more comfortable than being wrapped up in clothes when you're trying to relax and sleep. Plus, it feels great on a cold winter night to slide naked under a heavy quilt and feel yourself warm up!

When I sleep alone, I wear PJs. When my man is home, always in the nude no matter what season.

I sleep with PJ's unless I am sleeping with someone else, then it just depends on the mood!

PJs, live in a big building, there is a lot of elderly people here...they are always burning toast or something stupid and opening up their apt doors...setting off the main fire alarm!!!!
