ive tryed bleach, fingernail polish remover, and hairspray...what else...its like ive taken the top coat of the marker off but its like shoaked into the leather...HELP!!!

You need to buy the Mr. Clean magic eraser. It has taken permanent marker off of my kids bedroom doors, walls, dressers, etc.

On most surfaces, I use rubbing alcohol. But if it leaves a * shadow *, - try this product. Joe Campanelli's Stain Remover spray. It is the only product I have seen that truly removes permanent marker. I got mine from QVC.

There is a cleaner called "SimpleGreen", I follow the instructions on the bottle and mix the solution. Let it sit on your shoe for 1/2 hour and then try to scrub it off with a clean wet towel. This always works when I spill ink on my clothes.
