I have no other health care plan apart from life cover.

Recommend for a single adult non-smoker. Self-employed.

Yes = for a few £'s - and ONLY if you remember to claim :-)

There seem to be a range of plans from 'Beginners' (where the max. you can claim is £10 more than they cost) to 'Money Making' - cost about £120 a year & claim back £500 (for a single person).

HOWEVER you will need to check exactly what you can claim on ! (for example, the '£500 claim back' may include X ammount for nights in Hospital - duiring the last 10 years I've spend exactly 0 nights in hospital - Y ammount for eye tests (not a lot of use if you dont' wear glasses) - Z ammount for dental (again, no use if you have perfect teeth) and so on ... and many only pay a %% of costs.

They may be a much better deal for Families (since kids cost no extra)
