It depends if you want a serious realtionship with her. If it's just a small thing, then i would wait. But if this is a big thing that you feel for her then yes. Maybe you could try and get to know her in more depth before you ask her. But don't rush her if she thinks about it for a while. My mate did that once, now he doesn't talk to her anymore. Give her time to answer. I wish you luck, hope you get her!
