I would say being taken advantage of...that's more intentional...Someone might not realize they are taking you for granted, they just get to comfortable.

Ohhh... Hard choice. Nice question!! Being taken advantage of, that can be a physical thing, or someone using you for your money. Being taken for granted doesn't hurt much to me, cause I let everyone know they better appreciate what I do for them lol. Besides, usually people realized they took you for granted when you die, so they end up with the most pain..

I think being taken advantage of hurts more. Not saying that being taken for granted doesn't hurt, because we all know that it does.
