The company is listed as eBay.
www.ebay.com look at the Title Bar. However, the graphics say ebaY. It is also spelled as eBay throughout their Annual Report.

Depends, seems like all are correct. Caps never affect the search engine, just the Wacky logo.

"ebaY" is how it looks on their logo
"eBay" is how they spell it
so eBay is the correct spelling
