Hmmm...I put a manager down as a reference and she asked me what should she say!! I have no idea....The only thing I can think of is that I am hard worker, very energetic, loyal and punctual.

Most employers will only give out dates you worked for them. They can answer yes or no to the question "would you rehire this person?" If they answer no, then you have a problem. If your supervisor wants to write a reference for you, she should be the one deciding what to put ie: getting along s a team player, doing your job very well, things like that. She has probably been asked to write a reference before and she should know what to say.

what you did well and what your strong points are...no personal (salary, re-hire, benefits) information without a release
