#1 this looks like an Excel question, rather than a Math question. You'd probably do better in a different section.

#2, I'm not sure what the definition of a "complex formula" is in this context. Can you provide a definition? B LOOKS the most complex.

#3, do we need to see the contents of the spreadsheet to answer this question?

#4, answer A is funny. That's the first time I've ever seen "all of the above" as the FIRST answer.

I'd say "A" because there's no answer "above" "A" and it says,"All of the above"
That's extremely 'complex'.

B would be a more complex formula.
