Well, we already know they're whole life's philosophy is based on ignorance, because if they weren't they'd be more tolerant.
They think everyone agrees with them because they can't grasp the concept of there being any other opinion other than their own. They think racism is the way it's supposed to be. They teach their kids to be racist and so on and so forth.
If you have to classify people it's better to do it by culture than by race.

Racists are typically uneducated unintelligent and extremely closed minded. So a racists making assumptions just falls in line with their thinking.
