To make a baby you need a sperm cell and an egg cell. The sperm cell comes from the daddy and the egg cell comes from the mommy. When the sperm and egg meet, they make a tiny baby that is smaller than a grain of salt. The baby grows in the mommy's tummy for about 9 months, at which time it will be ready to come out.

OK, you have forced me to tell you the truth. A stork brought you to your Mummy and Daddy's house and tucked you under the gooseberry bush. They found you there, eventually but obviously they were not quick enough and you had suffered irreparable brain damage before then.
