Why do we ask young girls to be inncocent at 16 but at 46 you can be a complete whore and the world will appauld you for being sexually liberated (think Sex and the City). At what age does whorishness turn into liberation?

I am not saying everyone says this, I certainly don't, but it does seem like society (men and women) think being having random sex partners at 46 is better than at 16 why is that? We are all sexual beings that is not something that magically happens at 18 and if a girl of 16 wants to enjoy sex to the fullest for her own pleasure with whomever she wants why shouldn't she be able to and be called liberated instead of a trainwreak but a woman of 46 can do the same and we say she is expressing her sexuality.

I don't believe in sex with someone I don't care about or someone whose first name I don't know but that is just me. I say if you enjoy sex and practice it safely every single time do as you please whatever age you are.

It becomes liberation when the word "slut" stops meaning anything to you. "Slut" is the word women use on other women to "keep them in line". "Slut" comes from the misguided notion that women have to be protected from themselves and their impulses, kept "pure" by some external standard.

There is no such thing as a slut.

It is a question of maturity and maturity is not assured at any age, only a better assumption at 46 than at 16. It's a case by case basis. However, at 16 I was enjoying my sexuality by choice, without peer pressure, and safely, but I would say for whateever quirk of fate I was an exception rather than the rule.

I dont think it's ever liberation a whore is a whore at 16 or 46 makes no difference except to the media they for what ever reason are committed to the destruction of the moral foundation thus country and indeed our entire civilization is based on. Is it any wonder why the radical and fundamentalists want to eradicate us? The media for whatever reason (arrogance) can not make that simple even self evident connection between reasonable freedom and irresponsible morally reprehensible behavior

The answer to your question is very simple. The premise of that belief is that a woman of 46 is mature enough to make her own decisions whereas a 16 year old isn't developped enough mentally to make that choice. Just talk to a 16 yr old girl and you will see how far removed they are from reality. It is not an absolute but it's common. Slutiness is NEVER liberation but it is the choice of ADULTS to make for themselves!

Your question really makes me sad. When a person (of any age) runs around having random sex with random partners it's an indication that she has no respect for herself. She doesn't think she deserves to be loved. She has no idea what it is to have someone love you so much that he is committed to you for the rest of your life. Often times girls and women who exhibit this kind of behavior have been victims of sexual abuse. Sex to them, is not an expression of love, but rather it is nothing more than a physical release like urinating. These girls and women become slaves to sexual promiscuity, and it becomes an addiction. They end up walling themselves off in their own prison of self abuse - it is anything but liberating!

So many girls are not innocent at 16, they just pretend to be around their family. What they don't show you is that they are total flirts and whores in their social lives. And seriously, 46 is just gross.

It turns into liberation at the age a woman thinks she needs an excuse to carry on like a slut yet try and retain some respectability.

got dump huh or someone left you you really wanted in your life.

anyway the act of sex is a union and denying feelings or yourself is wrong. Don't worry about others and you end up much happier, maybe.

I believe that as an adult you are entitled to act in any way you wish - male or female. What business is it of yours?
