Does Spybot cover all users on my home computer?

Four family members have accounts on my home computer. I recently installed Spybot, does it help protect all users or just myself since I was the person who installed it?

All users: it seeks out files on the entire computer

it will scan the entire pc so every users files etc.. are scanned not just you if you installed it.
