i have been tracking my cycle and my period was on dec 11 and it was due jan 10 it did not come on so i tested with ept and it was negitive but i though i saw a faint line down the middle but i think i am seeing things so what should i do could i not but pregnant i though i was feeling different but i dont know my breast was sore and my apetite had picked up i was tried all the time i have 2 kids already you would think u would know when u are pregnant or not but it has been 5 years since i have had a kid i dont know when to trust my own feelings any more so what do you think.

If there is any line no matter how faint it is a positive test. With my first pregnancy I tested early and I had a very faint line. A week later it was much darker. Contrary to previous answers if you have a negative test there is absolutely no line or indentation where the line should be. You are probably pregnant just not very far along. Test again in a week. The symptoms my be your period coming on, but if your period is not close to due then take another test in four days, clear blue easy is best, it gives you a pregnant or not pregnant. If you dont wanna wait go get a blood pregnancy test at the docs, thats a no mistake for sure test! Good luck, im tryin to concieve as well!

Try using some periods and other punctuation in your question--it is very hard to read your ramblings.
A neg. test means Not pregnant--all tests will have a little indentation where the pos. line should be so if you hold any test just right you will see a little something. Wait a few more days and if no period then retest.

I am in the same boat! I have a 9 and 5 year old and trying for my 3rd. I thought I should know when I was pregnant but can't tell. I think it is because I want it so bad. I have been trying for 6 months now. Everyone keeps saying don't stress and stop trying. I think I need to listen! :)

DON'T TRY!!! relax...it will then happen...during the making of...if all you are thinking and worring about is making a baby, it stresses you out ! (the eggs all run and hide!!!) (the swimmers get scared of the stressed out eggs)!!! Serious now...maybe it's not you and your partner is coming up blank, you might want to look into that, before putting all the blame on yourself. I would take another test. If there was any line, even a faint one, it would read as a possitive.
