Well I just got my cast off and I want to be able to walk properly as soon as possible, so have you got any excerises I should do or anything? or should I just rest it?

I would start out doing a lot of light / low impact exercises every other day with just the weak leg, resting on the off day, and start to build up to the point where both legs are capable of about the same. You should be walking semi-normally fairly quickly.

You should go to a physiotherapist/or sports trainer. I'm an athlete and I've been there...glad to hear you have your cast off. Don't push it, go slow, but go with someone who knows what they are doing, they will give you exercises to do and than you can increase them at your own pace :)

Don't give up, I'm praying...Cinderella
