sperm has to stay at about 91 degrees F. if your balls are cold, they will pull closer to your body (shrinkage) to stay warm... if they are warm or normal, they will just hang out...

the water is a different temperature than our body so it makes us cold. in turn that makes our penis colder so our balls and dick have to shrink to stay warm
