did you just start going to this site?
it's one of three problems
1. your computer is not powerful enough to process the information fast enough
2. you connection is to slow (this is a combination of the web site and your connection speed-usually
3. there is a compatibility problem-not likely-but possible
if your computer works well on other sites, then I would suspect that site, not your computer. the site may have a problem or it may be overloaded.

ur computer does not support its graphics,sound.I think ur computer is very old.
