Although you can look at it in many different perspectives, you have to realize that one of the persons being 20 and the other being 15 is legally statutory rape.
I would highly suggest staying friends and when the 15 year old turns 18 then maybe proceed with dating but until then friends is the best way to go. Also the 20 year old has almost (if not already) found out his/her personality and knows who he/she is mentally...the 15 year old still has many personality changes to discover and some of them may be drastic, so by the time the 15 year old is 18 you two may not even be compatible. You have to take yourself outside of the situation and look in.

It's not okay. It's call statutory rape and can get you 5-10 in the state pen. Where you can discover the true meaning of young love. There are plenty women not girls that you can date that are your age or above. I wonder about a man that's in his mid 20's and want to date 15 years. Must mean you lack something like maturity yourself.

It's not ok. 18 years old dating someone in their mid 20s is fine.
Under 18 is against the law. There is something called statatory rape, even if the person under 18 is consenting.
Wait 3 years then date them.

That is called RAPE. It is not ok for you to be over 16 maybe 17 and date a 15 yr old. A 15 yr old may think they are all grown up and everything but they are not. they are still children and you should stay far away from them...

No, it's NEVER ok under any circumstances. Anyone in their mid twenties dating a 15 yr. old needs to have their genitals ripped from their body.

I`m sorry 2 hurt your feelings but it is not ok. I`d liked a guy like that 2 but i knew it was not right n that it was illegal so i found someone else.
