I could tell you many things like, figure out what he likes and get into those things but all that will do is end in disaster being that one day it will come out that you just did that to get his attention and you really didn't care for it. BUT, if you do find something that you both share in interests bring it up in conversation.
I also would not suggest wearing more revealing clothing as many women tend to do because then they believe you are willing to give up the one thing that is most special to a woman.
MOST IMPORTANTLY be yourself because if you aren't yourself and truely do fall for this person and end up being with him for a good amount of time...he may end up falling for the person you were trying to be and not the person you are.

Look him dead in the eyes and smile. That always gets my attention and I will nearly always go over to a girl and say hello if they have looked directly at me and smile.

if he is sitting down walkbehind him and run your hand along hte back of his chair so hot and suttle but don't do it maor than one in a row that makes it odvois and maybe get involed in an activity that he lieks and is good at try your best but then ask him if he can help you because you like it but you can't get the hang of it. hope this helps.

Finish school, get an education, find a good job, dont worry about the guys. The guys will come on their own.
