whats the best way to raise a bed 2 inches?

I normally would take this as an easy project but this bed has wheels on it so putting it on a platform will have it just roll off...

I'm looking to make the whole bed (including frame) raise up 2 more inches.

any cheap ideas?

(must not be noticeable at the bottom of the bed)

Get some 4x4s and cut them into lengths a bit more than 2". Route out a trough for the wheels to sit in.

There are special raisers that you can get which will do this. They look like small cones which the bed legs sit inside of. Works for legs or wheels, too.
