You might look around and see if there isn't a Master or Mistress to who you could be of service; such people are typically keen to promote others, and get them well on their way to achievement!

You have to recieve an "Award of Arms" from your Barony or Shire. Make yourself as useful as possible and someone will recognize your contributions and recommend you for the award.
