i just bought the sims deluxe and it keeps stoping wen im downloading it at 24% and i dont know what to do to fix it and get it so i can play it

The Sims Deluxe Edition is not just the expansion pack, it's the original Sims plus Livin' Large expansion. Install The sims first then Livin' Large.
If you already have the sims installed I recommend you uninstall it first then install from the deluxe edition as it is more up to date with more recent patches and bug fixes.

no, because sims deluxe edition has the sims, and sims living large already in it.
i dont know why it keeps stopping on you, but i do know you dont need to buy a copy of sims

its older tan your pc, same thing happened to me try sims 2.
