It says seriel number but the box is plain.

Have you looked on the back of the manual?
Or inside the manual?
If it is not present you must:
A) Contact EA and tell them the fault
B) Take the Game back to point of sale and ask for a refund / replacement
It simply may be a mistake on EA, however you are entilted to a new copy of the game.

um............... if u open the case and take out the booklets that came with it and on one of them (the thinnest leaflet) at the back at the bottom it should be there

have you looked at the back of the manual? If it is not theree then you should return it to the shops or contact EA Games.

If you didn't get a manual with the game you should return it for another immediately.

Take it back to the con-artist that sold it to you... or phone customer services at EA and ask them...

Look under where the disc's go.
