It won't be easy, but you can do it, you won't be the first to do it alone. It will make you so strong. Look forward to it!

are you on a base? most bases have support personnel to help with spouses in your situation. talk to your neighbors. make some friends.
I know how hard it can be. My hubby was in AF for 8 years. Being away from your family, when you have a new baby and you hubby is gone is more than difficult. It's depressing.
Perhaps your mom or a sister can come stay with you for a few weeks. Doesn't hurt to ask.

Ask differewnt family members to come see you nad stay and help once in awhile.
IF you have other army wife friends, they'll be there for you. There should be support groups for this sort of thing, so join them!

No reason to be scared right now. You will probably amaze yourself on how a great mother you will be. Hang in there.......there have be scarier things to live with.

Do you live on a base? If you do then there might be support groups with other army wives that you can have to help you thru this. If not, maybe you have find a BlueStar Mothers group and maybe they can help. Do you have friends or co-workers that might be able to come by and help you? Or maybe you can join a local church and meet some friends there.

Do you have friends that live close by? Do you belong to a church? Can any of your family come and periodically stay with you?
I am so sorry that you have to go through this and know that it will be a little rough to do. But you can do it!
Good luck!
