i 'm not really sure... but wht am sure of that the answer above of me... isnt right... cuz inda movie when Miranda wanted to go home.. (miami) i guess.... to watch her twin's play...and she wanted a plane ... she told Andy to get a plane mayb Donatella's jet.... so i dont really get wht donatells really is!! but iam sure its real caracter inda movie...

I think she said "where to place Donatella" which would indicate Miranda, who's 99% business minded, wanted to stop thinking about the pain of her divorce and return to thinking about business which made her feel better. She was thinking about the seating chart at the luncheon.
Just a theory.

the quote is "Anyway, the point is... the point is... the point is we really need to figure out where to place Donatella, because she's barely speaking to anyone." And she is talking about where to place a seat for Donatella at the party that they organized, because Donatella is fighting with everyone, and so would not be a pleasant neighbor to sit next to.
