PLEASE GO SEE A PSYCHOLOGIST. They are there to help you. You are bi-polar and should maybe talk to them about medication which would help even things out for you. If you can't afford a psychologist, try your church, most churches have counseling. Please take this advice, being bi-polar is serious and the feelings of never wanting to leave home are not a good sign. People and God love you and you should get help.

Definitely go outside! Even though it seems like a huge ordeal to go out, just stick your hair in a ponytail and go for a walk....or sit at the park and just breathe in and think (and write down) things you want to do in 2007, accomplishes and goals....while slowly eating chocolate....listen to the birds chirp...listen to the ocean....TRY, TRY, TRY hard each day to smile and laugh and think positively. It will get easier each day. Don't hang around with people who have a lot of problems and bring you down....rent a funny movie....get inspired to live again!

Mostly like a car when it starts running out of gas.
When the body has insufficient resources (nutritional, sleep whatever) to do the necessary tasks . . . it sort of quits.
Until the brain senses that the body can deal / function / cope with the tasks , it just backs off.
Please attend to your health so that you can again deal.
Our prayers are with you.

Try going outside for a long power walk with some good tunes on. That always helps me. Fresh air puts a whole new perspective on everything.

breakdowns are different for every one, but for most people they are caused by a tramatic event... if something big is happening, (or has happened), then you need to confront your emotions and problems, otherwise, remind yourself that you WILL make it through. Either way, have a support group(family and close friends) help you come out of your shell...

we aren't insane people living in a sane worl- We are SANE people living in an Insane world. So if you feel that you are in a bad situation, call the doctor. maybe your meds need changed in one way or another. And try finding someone to talk with. That helps a lot.
